Please read these Terms Of Service carefully before using this
site. By using this site, you signify your agreement with these
Terms Of Service. If you do not agree with any of the below Terms
Of Service, do not use this site. RCT3: R.C. reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these
Terms Of Service at any time and you agree to be bound by such modifications,
alterations or updates.
PRIVACY
RCT3: R.C does not in any way shape or form "collect"
any personal data from any of its users. Any data that is submitted
is voluntary and is only for your own enjoyment of this site. Data
such as email, hobbies, and location can be deleted at your option,
and are never ever sold or seen by anyone outside of RCT3: R.C.
When you register to use RCT3: R.C Forum, we require your real
email address. We do this only for authentication. A password will
be emailed to you, which you must then use to access our Forums.
In your profile you must also give a nickname. It is not required
that you use your real name; you can use any name you want. You
may also elect to receive email from RCT3: R.C concerning updates
and promotions that may occur from time to time. At any time if
you do not want to receive the mailings, you can edit you profile
and choose not to receive these emails.
RCT3: R.C Forum use "cookies" for setting messages that
are old, and which ones are new. These cookies do not contain any
personally identifying information, and are only used as a part
of the functionality of the Forum.
Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal
information (e.g., user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the
bulletin boards, that information can be collected and used by other
outside parties that read the board and may result in unsolicited
messages from other people which we have no control of. We suggest
when posting your email you use a format such as info at rct3rc
dot com instead of info@rct3rc.com.
TERMS OF USE
RCT3: R.C is a community fan site dedicated to proving resources
for the RollerCoaster Tycoon game genre. We reserve the right to
delete, ammend and terminate any post, submission or hosted website
that we deem unsuitable for family viewing or any other reason we
deem fit. By using this website in any shape or form you agree to
these terms of use.
NOTES REGARDING FREE WEB SITE HOSTING
RCT3: R.C provides free web hosting for RollerCoaster Tycoon and
Theme Park related websites. Sites are accepted based on our sole
discretion and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual
or entity for any reason without explanation. This service is free
of charge with no obligation (you may terminate at any time). All
hosted website must place a text link back to the RCT3: R.C as given
in the welcome email, this should appear on all main pages. If a
website is found not to have a link back to RCT3: R.C then we will
terminate that account immediately. You must provide us with a valid
email address and be at least 13 years of age, your content is your
responsibility and we are not liable for any loss of content. We
do not offer any gurantees on the uptime of our servers and we can
not be liable for any downtime that your site suffers. We do not
keep back ups of clients data and users must not use any adult content
or use our server for any illegal activity covered by the laws of
your country. You may not use your free web site hosted with us
as a 'fileserver' whereas your main site is with another Provider,
and you are using our server to keep your files.You must use the
URL we assign you for the length of time you are hosted with us.
You are not required to use email addresses @ rct3rc.com. If you
site remains inactive for a period greater than 30 days your website
will be removed from our servers without notice.

RCT3: R.C and rct3rc.com are all Trade Marks wholly owned by RCT3:
R.C. All rights reserved. This is a fan and information site for
RCT and Theme Park Games. We do not collect data to be sold or used
by other parties. All material on this site, including, but not
limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips,
is protected by copyrights which are owned and controlled by RCT3:
R.C or by other parties who have given permission to have their
material exhibited on RCT3: R.C . RCT, RCT2, RCT3, RollerCoaster
Tycoon 2, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and Roller Coaster Tycoon are trademarks
of Hasbro Interactive / Infogrames Interactive / Atari and Chris
Sawyer. Saved games and track files are copyright the respective
creators, and any unauthorized stake in ownership is a violation
of copyright laws. Material from RCT3: R.C may not be copied, reproduced,
republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any
way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any
other purpose is a violation of the copyrights and other proprietary
rights. No user of this site may post copyrighted material for any
reason without the consent of the copyright holder.
LINKED SITES, HOSTED SITES, AND DOWNLOADS
RCT3: R.C is not affiliated with sites which may be linked to this
site or being given free web site hosting, and is not responsible
for content located on these sites. The Linked Sites and Hosted
Sites are for your convenience only and you access them at your
own risk. Additionally, trainers, parks, tracks and other downloads
are provided for informational purposes only. By downloading any
of the files on this site, you are doing so at your own risk. RCT3:
R.C scans all files on it's site for viruses, however Trainers have
been known at times to break parks and tracks, sometimes even rendering
the game unusable. You accept this risk by downloading and using
such files, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless rct3rc.com,
its agents, associates, and affiliates, from all claims arising
from damage caused by the use of this software. rct3rc.com does
not provide support for trainers available on this site. We advise
you to backup your files before modifying them with trainers. This
is the only way to get your game back in the event it is corrupted.
SUBMISSIONS
RCT3: R.C is not responsible for any material posted on our Forum.
You shall not submit or otherwise publish through such Forum any
content which:
a) libels, defames, invades privacy, or is obscene, pornographic,
abusive, or threatening;
b) infringes any intellectual property or other right of any entity
or person, including, but not limited to violating anyone's copyrights
or trademarks;
c) violates any law;
d) advocates illegal activity;
e) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation
for goods or services; (collectively "Non-Approved Material").
You agree to indemnify RCT3: R.C and its officers, directors, employees,
agents, distributors and affiliates from and against any and all
third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including
reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from your breach of any of
the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties.
E-MAIL AND POSTINGS RECEIVED
Do not post any threatening or libelous e-mails or material on
this site that would be considered a violation of any law. RCT3:
R.C will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or
court order requesting or directing RCT3: R.C to disclose the identity
of anyone posting any such e-mails or materials.
DISCLAIMER
RCT3: R.C is a free service, and is not responsible for any content
posted or submitted on our site. While we make every effort to keep
our hosted sites and forums clean and free from threats, pornography,
posting of warez and other copyrighted media, we cannot entirely
stop these from happening due to the changing nature of dynamic
internet data. When such an offense occurs, we will do our best
to fix the problem. Additionally, we will submit all logs, database
records, and any other information related to any Forum Member,
Hosted Web Site Member, or Web Site Visitor found or suspected of
being engaged in illegal activity when requested by U.S. State or
Federal governmental authorities, with or without a court order,
during the course of an ongoing investigation. Report all offenders
