Getting your staff to do their job as efficiently as they can, 
can be often difficult. The first thing you can do is to start by giving them a route. 
You can do this by going into the particular staff panel and click the 
route button then once you do this a 4x4 blue grid block will appear now you can start click 
on the are and hilighting it with that blue grid in the area you wish to be patrolled 
by that speciffic staff member. For example if you have a lot of fodd and drink stalls in one area 
it would probably be a good idea to place a handy man on route 
in that area. Vandiliism = Security etc. Then once you have done that it would probably be a good 
Idea to make sure your staff is patrolling the area.
